Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe – Get the recipe: See description below

Ingredients

2 packs of Wheat Biscuits
30 g (2 Tbsp) of Butter
400 g (1 pack) of Mild Cream Cheese
200 g (1 pack) of Heavy Cream
200 g (1 cup) of Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
10 g (1 Tbsp) of Flour
10 g (1 Tbsp) of Starch

For the topping:
1 pack of Readymade Jelly
150 g of Strawberry

Directions

1- Crush the biscuits into powder with your hands or in a processor.
2- Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the biscuits and mix well.
3- Distribute the mix in your mold uniformly and press on it with a cup to make it tight.
4- Take the mild cream cheese, cream and sugar into the mixing bowl and whisk them all together.
5- Once you have whisked it thoroughly, add the flour and starch as you keep whisking for a little while more.
6- Finally, add the egg and continue whisking slowly.
7- Pick some amount off the cream which has blended in completely and pour it over the biscuits in the mold.
8- Bake it in preheated oven at 325° F / 160° C for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown on the crust).
9- As soon as you remove the cakes from the oven, put them in the fridge.
10- Slice the strawberries and prepare the jelly according to the instructions given on the packaging.
11- Once you remove the cakes from the refrigerator; decorate them with strawberry slices and the jelly you prepared. And put them back in the fridge for more cooling.
12- Wait until the jelly freezes before you serve it.
