Ingredients

3 Dough Sheets
300 g of Minced Veal
1 big-size Onion
2 tsp of Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp of Butter
1 tsp of Black Pepper
1 tsp of Powdered Red Pepper
2 tsp of Thyme
2 tsp of Salt
½ bunch of Parsley

TO WET THE DOUGH SHEETS:
½ cup of Water
½ cup of Vegetable oil

FOR THE TOPPING:
2 cups Yogurt
1 clove of Garlic
1 tsp Salt (Optional)

FOR THE SAUCE:
1 Tbsp of Butter
2 tsp of Mint
2 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

1- Put the finely chopped onions and 1 Tbsp of butter in the pot on medium heat.
2- When the onions are brown, add the minced meat and keep frying for 5 minutes.
3- Add the tomato paste, black pepper, thyme, pepper and salt, fry for another 10 minutes and take the pot off the heat.
4- Add the parsley you have chopped, into the paste (stuffing) you have taken off the heat and mix well.
5- Spread the dough sheets on top of each other and cut them into four.
6- Rub water-oil mixture between the sheets and add some stuffing and roll them over beginning from the wide side.
7- Make a circle of the rolled sheets turning and tucking them in from one end and then place them in the tray.
8- After shaping all the dough sheets and placing them on the tray, rub the remaining mixture of water-oil all over on top of them.
9- Bake until slightly golden brown in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F
10- While they are baked in the oven, grate the garlic into yogurt and add 1 tsp of salt, as needed.
11- Pour the garlic yoghurt over the baked dough sheet.
12- Melt 1 Tbsp of butter in a pan and add mint and red pepper flakes in.
13- Pour the mixture of oil with red pepper flakes and peppermint over the ravioli with yogurt.
