Ingredients
2 Eggs
½ cup of Granulated Sugar
½ cup of Milk
1 + ½ cups of Flour
½ cup of Vegetable oil
1 Orange Zest
1 pack (5 g – 1 tsp) of Vanilla
1 pack (10 g – 2 tsp) of Baking Powder
TO WET THE CAKE:
½ cup of Milk
FOR THE CREAM:
2 cups of Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1 cup of Water
3 Tbsp of Starch
5 Tbsp of Granulated Sugar
FOR CREAM:
1 cup Cocoa Cake Decoration
Directions
1- Put the cake ingredients in a bowl and mix with a blender.
2- Bake it in a preheated oven at 170 °C / 325 °F for 20 minutes.
3- When the cake is baked, put a pot on the stove to prepare the cream.
4- Add the cream ingredients into a pot and mix well; then cook and leave it cool off. (It will become difficult to pour it on the cake your let it to cool too much.)
5- Once you take the cake out of the oven, wet it with half a glass of milk.
6- Pour the cream on the cake that you have wetted.
7- Add the decorations on the cake before the cream thickens and then put it in the fridge to rest 1 hour.
