Mandarin Festival – Get the recipe: See description below

Ingredients

4 cups of Mandarin Juice
1 + ½ cups Granulated Sugar
5 Tbsp of Starch

FOR THE TOPPING:
1 pack (75 g) of Whipped Cream Powder
½ cup of Cold Milk
1 pack (200 ml) of Heavy Cream

Directions

1- Pour the tangerine juice, sugar and starch into a small pot.
2- Mix until it boils (to prevent lumps)
3- Once boiled and thickened, distribute the dessert equally into the molds.
4- Keep outside until the top gets jelly consistenci.
5- After the waiting period is over, put them in the fridge and let them rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
6- Add the liquid cream, milk and whipped cream in a deep bowl.
7- Beat the cream until it thickens.
8- Pipe the cream you have prepared, onto the dessert you have taken out from the refrigerator.
9- Decorate it to your liking.
