Ingredients

2 Eggs
½ cup Vegetable oil
1 cup of Icing Sugar
½ cup Starch
2 Lemons Zest
1 Lemon Juice
3 cups of Flour
2 tsp (1 pack – 10 g) of Baking Powder
1 tsp (1 pack – 5 g) of Vanilla

Directions

1- Put the eggs in a mixing bowl and add the icing sugar, starch and lemon juice in.
2- After adding the vanilla, baking powder and oil; zest the two lemons using a fine grater (zester), into the bowl of paste mixture.
3- Once you add the flour, work it till you get a soft dough.
4- Roll out the dough you put the kitchen top with a roller in 1 cm thickness and shape it with a mold of your choice.
5- Bake it in a preheated oven at 300°F / 150°C for about 20 minutes (until golden brown).
6- After it cools down, sprinkle icing sugar on top before you serve.
