Ingredients for Banduma

6 Nicely Baked Dough Sheets
2 pieces of Chicken Thigh
2 pieces of Chicken Breast
200 g (2 cups) of Coarsely Chopped Walnut
2 medium-size Onions
50 g (3 Tbsp) of Butter
1 clove of Garlic
Salt
Black pepper

Directions

1- Put the chicken in a pot and boil thoroughly.
2- Once it boils, drain it and take into a separate container, leave it to cool.
3- While the chickens are cooling, make the dough sheets into rolls one by one and cut 4-5 cm in length.
4- Lay them vertically in tray.
5- Once the chickens are cool, break them into tiny pieces.
6- Stir fry the onion, butter, salt and pepper in a separate pan, once you processed them in a blender.
7- Pour the onion mixture you have fried in the pan, into the chicken broth left in the pot and boil it for a while.
8- Sprinkle the chicken pieces generously on the dough pastries you have laid.
9- Pour onion chicken broth evenly over the chickens.
10- And lastly, sprinkle the chopped walnuts.
