Chocolate Chunk Cupcakes – Get the recipe: See description below

Ingredients

1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tbsp of Butter
1 cup of Milk
1 pack (10 g – 2 tsp) of Baking Powder
1 pack (5 g – 1 tsp) of Vanilla
50 g of Chocolate Chunks

FOR THE TOPPING:
1 pack (75 g) of Whipped Cream Powder
180 ml of Cold Milk (a little less than a cup)

Directions

1- Break the egg in a mixing bowl, add the sugar in and beat until it is foamy.
2- Melt the butter and add to the mixture.
3- Add in the milk, vanilla, baking powder and flour and keep on beating.
4- Distribute it evenly into 6 muffin molds.
5- Add chocolate chunk on top and mix the moulds through a little bit from the top.
6- Bake it in the oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for 15-20 minutes.
7- While the cake is in the oven, whisk the cold milk and whipped cream thoroughly in a deep bowl.
8- When the whipped cream thickens, put it in a piping bag.
9- Once the cakes cools down, decorate it by piping the cream on top.
10- If you wish, you can add tiny bits of candy, cake decorations etc., on top.
