Ingredients
1 cup of Flour
½ cup of Corn Flour
2 Eggs
½ cup of Milk
½ cup of Vegetable oil
1 cup of Yogurt
1 cup of Grated Kashar Cheese
3 Tbsp of Sliced Green Olives
3 Tbsp of Sliced Black Olives
½ cup of Corn
2 tsp of Salt
2 tsp of Powdered Red Pepper
2 tsp of Thyme
1 tsp of Black Pepper
1 pack (10 g – 2 tsp) of Baking Powder
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 cup of Grated Halloumi Cheese
Directions
1- First, put the eggs and fluids (oil, milk, yogurt) into a large mixing bowl.
2- Then, put in the remaining ingredients (flour and corn flour as the last).
3- Mix well with a spoon or spatula.
4- Distribute evenly into the muffin moulds. (The cup to be filled half way)
5- Cover evenly with the grated halloumi cheese.
6- Place the molds on the baking tray and bake in a 180 °C / 350 °F, preheated oven for 20 minutes (until golden brown).
