Ingredients

16 sheets of Baklava Phyllo
200 g of Cream (1 cup)
75 g of Butter (5 Tbsp)
200 g of Crushed Walnuts (2 cups)

For Syrup (Sherbet):
2 cups of Water
2 cups of Sugar
3-4 drops of Lemon Juice

Fot the topping:
Pistachio Powder

Directions

1- First, put the water and sugar in a pot to make the sherbet.
2- After it boils, add the lemon juice and boil for another 10 minutes, then let it cool.
3- Unroll 4 pieces of the baklava phyllo pastries, sprinkle walnuts all over and wrap them in long rolls.
4- Make the rest of the sheets into roll shape in the same way.
5- Cut the phyllo rolls in 2-3 cm thick (into slices).
6- Place then tightly in a glass ovenware and bake in the oven preheated at 375°F / 190 °C for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown).
7- Take the dessert out of the oven, let it cool down, and then pour the cold sherbet over and wait until it absorbs the syrup.
8- Serve with pistachio powder sprinkled all over.
