Ingredients
600 g of Mushroom
1 Onion
2 Capia Peppers
3 Banana Peppers
2 Tbsp of Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp of Butter
2 Tbsp (1 pcs) of Grated Tomato
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp of Powdered Red Pepper
1 tsp of Cumin
For the topping:
2 cups (200 g) of Grated Kashar Cheese
Directions
1- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and drain the water, then put them it in a pot. Stir fry on medium heat.
2- Add the oil and butter when it is about to boil down.
3- Chop the onion on the cutting board and add it to the fried mushroom and keep frying for another 5 minutes.
4- Chop and add the capia pepper and banana pepper, as well.
5- Add the grated tomatoes and spices and continue frying until it boils down.
6- Take the fried mushrooms out of the pot and distribute them into the clay cooking pots or other cups that are safe in the oven.
7- Sprinkle grated cheese over and bake it in the oven at preheated at 325°F / 160°C.
8- Cook until the cheddar cheese turns golden brown.
9- You can serve the mushroom coming out of the oven, while it is still hot.
