Ingredients for Turkish Bagel

120 ml (½ c.) Water
120 ml (½ c.) Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1 package Baking powder
1 package Margarine
500 g (4 c.) Flour

For the top decoration:
Sesame and Black Seeds

Directions

1- Preheat oven 175 degrees C / 350 degrees F
2- Mix the margarine, water, olive oil, sugar, salt, and egg yolk
3- Knead the dough and add a pinch of flour until it’s not sticky (Until it gets dry, Until it becomes not sticky)
4- Knead the dough thoroughly
Take little pieces and make circles
Take a little piece
Round up
Roll it to a cylinder and join the sides
5- Brush the egg white over the bagels
6- Sprinkle sesame and black seeds
7- Bake until just set / Bake until they are lightly browned
