How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies? Get the recipe: See description below

Ingredients

150 gr (6 Tbsp) Butter (at room temperature)
2 Egg yolks
90 gr (3⁄4 cup) Powdered sugar
15 gr (1 Tbsp) Water
70 gr (1/2 cup) Walnuts or Nuts
80 gr (1/2 cup) Chocolate drops / chips or chopped chocolate
5 gr (1/2 tsp) (1 package) Vanilla
5 gr (1/2 tsp) Baking powder
350 gr (2.5 cups) Flour

Note: 1⁄2 tsp of Cinnamon or Lemon peel might be added for.

Directions

1- Mix 6 Tbsp of butter and 3⁄4 cup of powdered sugar in a kneading pot (at room temperature)
2- Mix in 2 egg yolks, 1 package of vanilla, 1 Tbsp of water and 1/2 tsp of baking powder
3- Add approximately 2.5 cups of flour slowly while kneading the dough till the dough is semi firm
4- Add half a cup (70 gr) of walnut and half a cup (80 gr) chocolate chips in the dough and knead to make the nuts and chotolate spread evenly
5- On a table covered with stretch film, roll the dough and wrap
6- Chill the wrapped dough in the freezer for 30 min
7- Cut the dough in 1⁄2 inch slices
8- Place the cookie slices on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 325 F/ 160 C
9- Let the cookies cool down before enjoying!
