Ingredients for Swiss Chard Quiche

3 Eggs
1 cup (100 ml) of Vegetable oil
1 cup (100 ml) of Milk
2 cups (240 g) of Flour
2 tsp (1 pack) (10 g) of Baking soda
1 Tbsp (15 g) Salt
500 g of Swiss chard
½ cup (230 g) of Feta (White) Cheese
½ cup (185 g) of Dill

Directions

1- Whisk the egg, oil and milk in a mixing bowl.
2- Add the baking soda and salt as you keep mixing.
3- Keep stirring as you add the chopped Swiss chard, diced feta cheese and dill.
4- Pour the tart mix into the greased, baton mould.
5- Bake it in a preheated oven at 325 °F / 170 °C for 45 minutes.
6- Once cooled down, remove the quiche from the mould and serve in slices.
