Ingredients for Carob Pie

4 Eggs
1 cup Sugar (200 g)
1 cup Flour (140 g)
3 tablespoons of Carob Flour (25 g) (can be added to Cocoa)
1 pack of Vanilla (5 g) (1 tsp)
1 pack of Baking powder (10 g) (2 tsp)
4 tablespoons of Milk (60 ml)
1 pack of ready-made Chocolate Sauce (128 g)
2 packs of Whipped cream (150 g)
1 + ½ cups of Milk (360 ml)
Vegetable oil
Coconut powder

Directions

1- Whisk the eggs and sugar thoroughly.
2- Add the milk, carob flour, vanilla, baking powder and flour and continue whisking.
3- Cook for 30 minutes in a medium-size tray in an oven pre-heated at 325°F / 160 0C
4- After you take the pie from the oven, pour in 1.5 cups of milk over the top.
5- Prepare the whipped cream and chocolate as instructed on the packaging.
6- Once the pie is cooled down, spread the whipped cream on top; and then pour the chocolate sauce onto the whipped site.
7- The pie is ready for service after keeping it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
