1 package of Puff Pastry
225 g (1 c) Chocolate Spread
1 Egg white

For the top decoration:
Sugar

Directions

1- Preheat oven 175 degrees C / 350 degrees F
2- Spread the chocolate inside the puff pastry
3- Fold the puff pastry in half
4- Decorate the edges with a fork
5- Cut surface slices using a knife
6- Brush the egg white over the entire surface
7- Sprinkle the sugar on top
8- Bake the cookies for 15 min
